Here, the Sacramento Delta offers complex soils comprised of centuries of mineral run-off from the Sierras. Combined with afternoon winds and moderate temperatures, this climate creates bright Pinot Grigio grapes ideal for Three Pears blend. Minimal skin contact and a lengthy (55°F) cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks help balance out natural acidity for a refreshing, approachable style. With perfumes of fresh cut pear and pippin apple, this Pinot Grigio has ample peach and lush pear flavors, rounded into a honeyed-sweet and crisp finish.
